Chef Alessandro Castelnuovo presents the new Winter Flavors menu, a gastronomic journey celebrating the season with authentic ingredients and comforting, flavorful recipes.

Each dish is designed to highlight aromas, textures, and traditions with a contemporary twist.

The menu will be available from December 15th to January 15th, offering a unique culinary experience during the most enchanting months of the year.
